Return and Refund
Single Exchange Policy: Customers are entitled to exchange a product only once. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Size Issues: Please verify the size you are purchasing, as size issues are not covered under our exchange policy. If you ordered the wrong size, there will be a fee of ₹199 to exchange the size. This fee covers the shipping charges for the exchange.
Reporting Product Issues: Issues regarding defective, wrong, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us at hymnswear@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
Return Shipment: In the event of an exchange, we will make one attempt for pickup. If the pickup attempt fails due to logistic constraints, the customer is responsible for returning the product to our address. The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
