Purchase
Where can I purchase Hymns Wear products?
All our products are available exclusively on www.hymnswear.in. We do not sell on marketplaces to ensure authenticity and premium quality.
Do we have a physical store?
Not at the moment. We operate as a D2C brand. We announce pop-ups on Instagram and via email.
Are products limited stock?
Yes. We follow a limited-drop model — once a piece sells out, it may not restock.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page has a size guide and model measurements. Message us on WhatsApp for personalised sizing help.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can sometimes modify or cancel — message us on WhatsApp with the order number. Once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel.

What materials do we use?
We use premium 240–350 GSM cottons, terry fabrics, waffle knits and custom blends chosen for durability, drape and structure.
Are our items unisex?
Yes — most pieces are gender-neutral, with relaxed, boxy silhouettes.
How should I care for my garment?
Cold wash, mild detergent, no bleach. Tumble-dry low or hang dry. Iron inside-out on low. Follow the garment care label.

Where do we ship?
We ship across all of India.
Delivery timelines?
Metro: 2–3 days. Other cities: 3–7 days. We dispatch within 24–48 hours.
How do I track my order?
We send a tracking link via WhatsApp/email once your order ships. You can also use the Track Order page or your account order history.
Returns & Exchanges
What is our return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from delivery. Returns are issued as store credit only (no cash refunds). To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and details.
How do exchanges work?
Message us on WhatsApp to request an exchange. A ₹199 exchange fee covers reverse pickup + reshipping. Each item can be exchanged once.
What if my item is defective or wrong?
Contact us within 24–48 hours with an unboxing video and photos. We prioritise replacements and waive pickup fees for defective/wrong items.
